Ryder’s going to be a big brother! We picked a cold drab day for photos, but they still rocked them. Chelsie looks fantastic and their family is ready to meet this baby. We will all be waiting to see if Ryder gets a baby sister or brother, can’t wait for the call!
I mean, how cute is this theme?! Kelsey has outdid herself with the DIY banners and the vintage suitcases & airplanes! You may not be able to tell, but we hit the one “winter” weekend of the year and it was freezing with a strong constant wind. Benton was all smiles when we sat him down for about 3.5 minutes , and then he decided he was done! After some tears, we dragged a few more smiles out of him by mom and dad prancing/dancing/making silly faces behind the camera. Then we really were done and back in the warm house. Benton, you were a trooper and I love your bomber jacket and hat…the aviators finish off the look. Happy birthday little man!
And not happy at all…don’t worry, he was fine as soon as he was picked up!
What a fun and festive session! Union Station was beautifully decorated for the season. It was a little crazy with dance performers everywhere, but we were able to still get some great images with festive and architectural backgrounds! What a wonderful family to get to capture, thanks C family!
Here’s another family I look forward to seeing each year and seeing how much the girls have grown and changed, they are such sweet and beautiful girls. And, this year they’ve added a baby boy to the mix! Oh, and he is sooo adorable and such a happy little guy! I think he’ll have some protective sisters to look out for him. Congratulations to your family, it’s perfect.
These two are quite the pair…either they’re running around giggling with no stopping them, or fighting over the same toy. Alexandria loves her brother so much and wants to do EVERYTHING he is doing. Charlie is patient with her on most things, but as all of us, he has his moments when he’s not having it. Allie is very stubborn, daring and fear-less, and sweet. She loves her baby dolls, loves books, and gives us kisses. She thinks her Daddy is the best and constantly is looking for him around the house going “Daddy?” if she can’t find him. When he pulls into the driveway after work, she’s at the door excitedly awaiting!
Charlie is my sweet boy that loves his mama. He wants approval and to make people happy. When Allie’s upset, he will go to her and sing “You are my sunshine” until she stops crying. His mind is like his Daddy’s – he just gets how things work and loves building things…especially with legos! He’s always wanting to learn about things, right now he’s very interested in the planets, the moon, stars, directions (N,E,W,&S), numbers, and constantly asking questions on why and how things work. The kids definitely have similarities, but I also love their differences and look forward to seeing their personalities continue to grow. There is an awesome bond between them and I hope it only becomes stronger through life.
